As many of you may have heard Governor Reynolds has issued the proclamation that dental offices are allowed to re-open. We have made sure we have all the protocols in place for the safety of our patients and staff so we are able to open. We are all eager to be back to work!
All visitors older than 2 years old (when able) will need to arrive wearing a face cover/mask
We wish to express our appreciation for your understanding these past several weeks, and to ask for your continued patience as we work to resume operations with the health and safety of our team, patients, and community in mind.
Sincerely,
5th St Dental team
Stay Healthy ❤️
