PLEASE READ:
Our office will be reopening for esthetic services on Friday, May 15th, 2020. We have been busy over the last several weeks cleaning, reorgainzing, and santizing our office thoroughly in preparation for reopening.
We will be seeing patients by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Clients will be REQUIRED to wear a face covering when coming into the office and during the entire appointment. As a result, some services will still be temporarily unavailable (such as facials, lip injections, chemical peels, and laser treatments on the face). We will still be offering Botox and other neurotoxins in the upper face. We will also be following a new check-in protocol for the time being to ensure proper social distancing.
1.) When you arrive for your appointment, please do NOT come into the building to check in. Instead, you should call our office number at 540-389-0909 to let us know that you have arrived.
2.) We will be asking all clients a series of screening questions over the phone. If you have been experiencing a cough, fever, shortness, of breathe, or have been in contact with a COVID-19 exposed person, do NOT enter the building. We will reschedule your appointment by phone. We reserve the right to decline treatment to any person(s) that do come in to the office exhibiting symptoms. Your appointment will be rescheduled to a later date.
3.) Please wait in your car for your appointment. We will call you when it is your turn and your treatment room is available. Your temperature will be taken upon entering the building to make sure you are not running a fever.
4.) Clients are required to wear a face covering while in the building and during treatment. This is a mandatory state requirement at this time. Our staff will also be wearing masks. This is to protect you, other clients, and our staff. We will have hand sanitizer available in every room.
5.) A staff member will escort you straight back to the treatment room.
6.) Any follow-up appointments will be scheduled in the treatment room. If payment is required, a staff member will take your payment for you while you are in the treatment room and a receipt will be emailed to you.
7.) Our reception area will not be open to walk-in's at this time. If you need to schedule an appointment, please call our office at 540-389-0909 to schedule. If you need to purchase any skincare products, you may do so over the phone. We will bring the products out to your car for pick-up.
8.) Esthetic patients should only be entering in and out of the esthetics entrance which faces the parking lot. Medical patients should only be entering in and out through the medical entrance door which faces Main Street.
Please continue to be patient with us as we do our best to get everyone back in and scheduled as quickly as possible. If you had an appointment that was cancelled during our temporary closure, someone from our office will be reaching out to you by phone to reschedule. We will be calling patients in order of cancelled appointments so please hold tight as we work hard to get to you as soon as possible. Appointments will be more spread out more than usual. This is to ensure that we meet social distancing requirements and have adequate time to thoroughly sanitize each room after every treatment. Rooms and equipment are cleaned and sanitized with medical grade products at the start of the day, in between each appointment, and at the end of the day.
We will be maintaining your 4-6 week laser hair removal schedule so that you willl not lose the efficacy of your treatments.. Please be reassured that your treatments will pick up exactly where they left off.
