COVID-19 Notice
First and foremost, thank you for choosing to stay with us at Staybridge Suites Chantilly. We understand you have many options in hospitality to choose from and we greatly value your patronage. We sincerely look forward to having you stay with us and will strive to ensure your stay is nothing short of exceptional.
COVID-19 has forced us to make some operational changes in an effort to keep our guests and employees safe. We are thoroughly following all CDC guidelines and kindly ask our guests to do the same. We thank you for your understanding in knowing that these changes were made with you as our priority.
The CDC has recommended that everyone wear masks to minimize the risk of spreading the virus. While we understand that masks have not been easily available, we do ask that if you do have one then to please wear it when in our common public spaces.
Breakfast remains the most important meal of the day. Therefore, we continue to offer breakfast On-the-go every morning in lieu of the breakfast buffet. On-the-go bags are available from 6:30am until 9:30am. Should you want an On-the-go bag, please dial “0” from your suite to let our front desk representative know the night prior. Due to social distancing guidelines we have ceased to host The Social until further notice.
Until further notice, our Fitness Center and Business Center will remain closed. We do encourage you to take a stroll around the pond and the business park. Should you need anything printed, faxed, or scanned, it would be our pleasure to assist you at the front desk.
Should you find it necessary to come visit us at the front desk during your stay, we ask that you practice social distancing. We are always willing to assist with anything you may need during your stay and kindly ask that you respect the 6 feet rule when at the desk and throughout the property in general. As always, you may dial “0” from your suite for any assistance.
While our Outdoor Living Space is still open, we do not allow gatherings of any kind, or groups of more than 10 people at a time and social distancing is still expected to be practiced. Smoking is not allowed in our Outdoor Living Space nor anywhere within 25 feet of the building.
We will continue to provide housekeeping services. We seek to make the safety of our employees and yourself always a priority. If you are feeling ill for any reason, please place the Do Not Disturb magnet on your door and let the front desk know. We will be more than happy to bring any amenities to your room should you absolutely need them. Requested items will be placed outside your door for your protection and our own.
