We regret to inform you, due to the continued spread of COVID-19 and in accordance with local government restrictions on large gatherings, the city of San Antonio has decided to postpone the Monster Jam event scheduled to take place on Saturday, January 23rd and Sunday, January 24th at the Alamodome. The Monster Jam event has now been rescheduled to July 3-4, 2021.
Tickets for the Saturday, January 23rd event will be honored on July 3rd and tickets for Sunday, January 24th will be honored on July 4th. If you have any questions about the transfer of your tickets, please contact the Box Office at boxoffice@alamodome.com.
Should you choose to receive a refund and you purchased your tickets on www.ticketmaster.com with a credit card, you must request a refund by logging into your Ticketmaster.com account or by calling Ticketmaster directly at 1-800-653-8000.
If you purchased tickets directly from the box office, please contact the Box Office at boxoffice@alamodome.com. Once you have emailed to request a refund, a member of the Box Office Staff will contact you directly to confirm they have received your request and confirm your refund has been completed.
