How are your 2014 New Years resolutions coming along? It may be close to summer but it's not time to throw in the towel and wait for 2015! Representatives of your Staybridge Suites have had the distinct privilege to take part in one of the most rewarding training programs locally. Crossfit LVI, located 7 minutes from the hotel, isn't a "gym"; it is the entry way towards finally reaching your goal. At Crossfit LVI it's not about how much you lift, how far you run, or how you compare to the person standing next to you. When you arrive the person standing next to you, who may or may not be a stranger, is your biggest supporter. When you first arrive each trainer immediately makes you apart of the family. Working as a team, you witness the different levels of development and can't help but want to challenge yourself or motivate the one person doing everything they can to do something they've never done.
