Do you have questions about Power of Attorney (POA)? How does a POA protect you? What are the benefits of setting up a POA? It is one of those decisions that we do not want to think about and hope to never have to activate, but if setup correctly and needed someday it can do the following: avoid costs, delays, and emotional distress; assure that conservator/guardian are in line with your wishes; keep activities and transactions private.
To help you understand more about POA, Terrace Place and CarePatrol are hosting a FREE Power of Attorney virtual presentation on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2020 from 12 to 1 pm CST.
The presentation will be conducted by attorney Gina Ziegelbauer. Gina is an Attorney at Steimle Birschbach, LLC.
