Stephen McArthur, partner, formerly practiced law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York City and Irell & Manella in Los Angeles. He was also a member of the team that represented wireless device company BlackBerry as part of a consortium that purchased patents from Nortel Networks for $4.5 billion (one of the largest public sales of intellectual property assets in history and was the recipient of the M&A Deal of the Year Award).
McArthur earned his law degree from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Law and Social Problems.
