As professional construction managers and remodelers we often need to justify to our clients the cost of our services compared to less expensive individuals. Here’s a prime example of getting what you pay for:
1. Drywall mud applied over cement tile backer board - without any waterproofing.
2. Drywall mud used to create a drywall window return - inside a shower (no waterproofing or tile!)
3. Reuse the old shower valve and trim
4. No show/no call for two weeks straight

This gameday entertaining home is complete and has far surpassed our expectations. Many thanks to all our great trade partners that put in the long hours needed.
This home is roughly 60 years old and with that kind of age we usually encounter things we weren't expecting... good and bad. The good in this home is just how well the original wood flooring cleaned up. It was also impressive to see how well the "bones" of the structure were built. Sixty years ago craftsmen poured their hearts into this home and it was evident when we disassembled their work. We strive to live up to that same standard. In sixty years from today I want someone to marvel at our craftsmanship.
