Dr. Steven Donia, DDS is a pioneer in the field of cosmetic dentistry with over 20 years of experience in improving smiles through the use of porcelain veneers, dental implants, teeth whitening and metal-free dentistry, including the popular Invisalign method. At his office in Encino, CA, Dr. Donia, has performed thousands of cosmetic dental procedures and complete smile makeovers for patients throughout the San Fernando Valley, including Tarzana, Encino, Sherman Oaks and Studio City, as well as, the greater Los Angeles area.
Often recognized from his appearances on ABC’s Extreme Makeover, Dr. Donia is skilled in the latest surgical techniques, and his state-of-the-art office is equipped with leading-edge diagnostic, surgical and sterilization equipment.
A native of Los Angeles, Dr. Donia earned a BS in biology from California State University Northridge, before going on to earn his dental degree from Case Western University in Cleveland OH. He was among the first dentists on the West Coast to specialize in the burgeoning field of cosmetic dentistry back in mid-1980's, and worked closely with Daniel Materdomini, founder of Da Vinci Dental Lab, to develop and place porcelain veneers. Dr. Donia has a wide clientele. Among them are numerous celebrities whose cosmetically-enhanced smiles have appeared on TV, magazine covers and in movies.
Dr. Donia is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Facial Esthetics, American Dental Association and California Dental Association.
When not working, Dr. Donia enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.
