Our area was recently declared a “Disaster Area... how does that effect Lenders”?
Some lenders will simply stop funding until the disaster area status is lifted. WE ARE FUNDING - We are having to simply verify the home was not damaged - either appraiser verifies OR for some cases we need to provide pictures and a branch certification that the home is not damaged and we fund 😊👍🙏$$$$.
