"I fell and cut my knee, hand and elbow 4 days earlier. Dr Stine was able to realign my body framework without adding more pain. Then he continued working on my badly curved 76 year old neck. The neck had been causing finger pain frequently at night, waking me up every hour. After 4 weekly chiropractic treatments, I can sleep 3 to 4 hours initially before painful or tingling fingers wake me up. This is a great improvement and helps reduce the years of sleep deprivation I’ve had. And I plan to continue these weekly neck manipulations with his hands.The ultrasound treatment after the neck work prevents swelling and pain so that doesn’t interfere with head movement or sleep.Thank you Dr Stine.BTW my HMO covers a lot of the cost. And I see friends of mine in his Barstow waiting room."

"My husband and I started coming here maybe a year ago? I was previously visiting a different chiropractic office in the High Desert, which was great as well, but my husband never wanted to go. I was finally able to convince my husband to go to this office by tempting him with the chiropractic massages that are offered. My husband never wants ANYONE touching his neck, even me. From the moment we saw Dr. Cruz my husband was at ease and after just a few sessions agreed to have Dr. Cruz adjust his neck. I was in shock that he agreed to it! My husband now always wants to go see Dr. Cruz and always feels so much better after the visit. Dr. Cruz is very personable and will not do anything you don’t feel comfortable with. Although, it’s easy to quickly become comfortable around him. The office staff and other doctors are great too. When booking a massage make sure you request what type of pressure you like. Some of them can be very deep if you like or a bit lighter. Just tell them when booking, so you end up getting what you like. So what are you waiting for?? Make that appointment!"
