Update on Covid Vaccine.
We have been receiving small weekly shipments from the State. Each week we do our best to accommodate as many people as possible. We have a list that we made on the first day the vaccine became available with over 600 people on it. No more people are being added to that list. We also have a list of people with no access to the internet. Each week, we contact people from both our lists and allow other people to schedule through our website. It’s important to understand that our shipments are small and it may take 2-3 months for us to contact everyone on these lists. Be patient, check STONESRX.COM frequently. Remember only people 65 yrs old and older can get a vaccine at a Pharmacy.
I would like to personally thank Rockwell Falls Presbyterian Church for allowing us to use their house of worship for us to vaccinate 100 people on Saturday. Further, I can not express my gratitude to all the volunteers that made it such a success. Locals helping locals is what will get us past this pandemic.
We are pleased to be a vaccination site for the Covid 19 pandemic. We currently have had an overwhelming response from the public. Our first allocation was small and was scheduled in minutes. For future shipments you will need to schedule an appointment on the State website. Covid19Vaccine.health.ny.gov.
Right now it says “call” after our name. When we receive more, it will say”make an appointment “. At that point you will be able to schedule a vaccination. Please refrain from contacting the Pharmacy directly for appointments, as we will only be able to direct you to that site. Should you have questions, we are always happy to speak with you.
