Do you use a hard-bristled toothbrush? Did you purchase it thinking it would clean better than the alternative? Although they sound more effective at removing plaque buildup, toothbrushes with hard bristles are abrasive and can cause enamel erosion. It only takes a small amount of force to get rid of plaque, so it’s best to use a soft-bristled brush and a light amount of pressure.

We are reserving an entire day where we will only have 1 patient in the office at a time.
Our vision is to always provide the best dental care and solutions to achieve maximum results. During these complicated times, that includes being mindful of our patients’ time and trying to reduce the number of required visits to the dental office.
For these reasons, we have dedicated an entire day at our office for any patient that may feel uncomfortable venturing to have your teeth cleaned. Your oral hygiene is extremely essential in these times because it ties into your overall health. On this specified day, FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13th, we will only have 1 patient in our office at a time, still following all CDC and ADA recommendations to keep our patients and staff safe.

What a year this was! 2020 threw us a curveball for sure. As much negative that was associated with this year, there was also so much positive! Dr Boyter ALWAYS reminds us “there is always something to be thankful for!!” He is so right. One of those things for us here at Stones River Dental is each and every one of our wonderful patients.
