The safety of our tenants, employees, and vendors is very important to us. StorItAll is taking measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, while still being able to offer tenants access to their units.
As of today, Wednesday, March 18th, the StorItAll office will remain closed to tenants until further notice. We will still have staff on site during our normal hours of operation, but we ask that you please call with any questions or payments, rather than utilizing the office. You can also make your payments by credit or debit card online, at www.storitalleugene.com.
We have ramped up our cleaning/sanitization of common areas and will do our best to keep things running smoothly for everyone while simply limiting our in person interactions. We want everyone to stay safe and thank you for your cooperation at this time.

ATTENTION TENANTS!
StorItAll is currently experiencing a major malfunction of our East Bay overhead door. Unfortunately, this has left the overhead door in the closed position, and we cannot get anyone to repair the issue until Monday at the earliest. This will limit any access to the East Building this weekend to just the single man door at the front of the building. The units affected by the issue will be units 1500 and up, as well as 2500 and up.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this will cause, and have tried everything in our power to resolve the issue before the weekend. Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done at this time.
If you have any concerns regarding this limited access to your unit, please feel free to contact us on Monday. We will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
If your unit is in the West Bay (where the office is located) then your access will not be affected.

Hey Everyone! The seasons are changing, and so are our hours! As of June 1st, our new Summer Hours will be Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm, and Sundays 11am-4pm. We are working on updating our website, but as always, you can find our most updated information right here on our Facebook page!
