The state of the country’s meat supply is very disappointing. We have let the meat industry become totally monopolized. Not to mention the biggest processors of beef and pork are owned by Brazil (JBS) and China (Smithfield). So now when there is a virus our meat supply is totally disrupted. Time to demand country of origin labeling and get to know your local farmers again. Stop relying on this mass production.
