We were asked to take over management on this beautiful Lake Oswego home as the owner wanted some help and was tired of "Self managing," his rental. After putting it "Live" on the rental market we had 3 sets of rental applications in 24 hours!
We did a move in inspection at one of the rentals we manage in Newberg today. During this inspection we took high definition videos, pictures, and used a special 360 degree camera to document every detail of the rental home.
We capture this video and photos using Z-Inspector software which then stores everything in the “Cloud." The move in document even provides us a GPS locate to prove we were at the property by showing our latitude and longitude of the home and “Timestamps” the date and time of each photo and video.
At Streetwise Property Management we take every precaution to protect our owners and their investments. This move in inspection is also done to protect our tenants as well. It’s a “Win Win” for everyone.

StreetWise Property Management does a lot to protect your rental, even BEFORE a tenant moves in. One way we protect your rental is by conducting a Move In Inspection.
This attached photo is taken using our special software that allows us to document the house with photos and video. We also use a 360° camera to take floor to ceiling photos!
Right in the inspection app we are able to make notes on the photo and circle anything we want to highlight and document.
This morning I took 23 photos of just the fridge! When documenting a fridge we will note any scratches and dents on the exterior. Inside the fridge we are looking for any missing drawers, cracks on drawers and any missing or damaged shelves.
The total move in inspection sometimes has over 400 photos and video.
