At Strength For Life we are a PRIVATE FACILITY, always have been, and we were controlling social distancing long before the pandemic. Every surface that is touched is disinfected after EVERY person and masks are worn by everyone not only because it is required but because it is effective and respectful of others. Exercise is important for your body, mind and spirt and you should feel safe while getting the results you seek. Consider letting Strength For Life help you improve your health.
