🌟CLIENT SPOTLIGHT🌟 Meet Deborah Arredondo, who found us in early August while searching online for an “outdoor exercise class” that included fun people, challenging workouts, and great music. Deborah is on a mission to get into the best shape of her life, and has been attending classes consistently ever since. “I’m 51, newly widowed, and work as a Service Coordinator for the Westside Regional Center for adults with disabilities. I have also been a Special Ed teacher and a Youth Counselor on cruise ships traveling the world. My hobbies include traveling, photography, and being a great daughter and auntie to my niece and nephews. I’m now on a fitness track; I love bike riding by the beach and I’m keeping focused on my fitness journey. I have a few like-minded friends, but gaining more at STRIDE...what a lovely group!
