The registrations deadline for the Youth Basketball Leagues is Friday, 9/25. Beginning on 9/26 there will be a late fee and a chance that leagues will be full. Details are pictured below.
Strongsville Rec Center - Water Exercise Classes
We are doing registration for the September water exercise classes. Have a nice and safe Labor Day Weekend!
The lap pool will be closed on Friday due to filter repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Finally learn to swim is coming back to the Strongsville Rec Center. Take a look at the picture for the information. We appreciate your patience as we are slowly and safely bringing back our programming.
Strongsville Rec Center - Aquatic Center
One of our sand filters for the competition (Lap) pool has a crack in it and is in need of emergency replacement. We have had a "bandaid" on it for a few weeks while we waited for the new filter to come in. The lap pool has two of these filters which will start getting replaced on Oct. 12th. This replacement should take at least two weeks and once replaced we need to get the chemical levels on the pool back within health department guidelines. If these repairs can get done before Nov. 2nd then we will open sooner.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but these are repairs that need to be done and are out of our control.
Strongsville Senior Center Lunch Menu

Strongsville Rec Center - Aquatic Center
Good news!! The aquatic center will reopen on Monday, October 26th at 6am. We have replaced the two sand filters for the lap pool. We appreciate your patience while we continue to improve the aquatic center.
We're making every effort to reopen parts of the Rec Center while making sure everyone stays safe. Here is the latest on what is and isn't available.

Strongsville Rec Center - Birthday Parties
We are happy to announce that birthday party rentals are back at the rec center. Your party would be held in our event center which is plenty big enough for social distancing. You would also then get your own private pool party or gym party or both. Take a look at the flyer for details or call Jennifer at 440-580-3270 for information.

Aquatic Center Reminders for Saturday, January 9, 2021:
Learn to Swim lessons begin tomorrow from 9am-12pm in the activity and lap pool. The activity pool is closed during that time and the number of lap lanes will vary. The Strongsville Rec Center is home to the Strongsville Mustangs. There is a Swim Meet Saturday, January 9, 2021. The aquatic center will close at 12p and remain closed for the night.
The aquatic center will close for the night at 4pm on the following dates for swim meets:

You can't go wrong with a $5 lunch. They are made fresh and hot Monday through Friday. Be sure to call 440-580-3268 by noon the prior day to get the lunch for the following day. This way we know how much to make. Thanks and like we all say nowadays, SUPPORT LOCAL!!!!
