I have had the opportunity to work with all types of athletes. My client roster includes USAG gymnasts, busy professionals, stay at home parents, and 93 year old veterans. From world class to beginner, each client I work with is treated as an individual that deserves the highest attention and respect.
This wide range of experience has given me a unique insight into how to provide appropriate plans to clients so they can attain both their fitness and life goals.
I was a collegiate field hockey player but started my love for weight-lifting and running about 19 years ago. I began running obstacle course races in 2012. At my first Spartan Race I placed 4th in my age group. I fell in love with the sport and began travelling around the country to participate in Spartan Races. In 2015 I was ranked #1 in Age Group in the Spartan Race Open division in the US and top 10 worldwide. Before the end of the season I started racing in the Elite division and had 2 Masters Elite podium finishes. I briefly retired from racing for 3 years and upon my return I have had the pleasure of placing on the podium a handful of times in various local road races and obstacle course races. I do not race as often as I did before, now I devote my time and experience to coaching and training others, which is every bit as rewarding to me to see my clients reaching their goals, whatever they may be.
