It's official! The Institution Mixte Lephare Des Anges will open for the new school year on November, 9 in Port au Prince, Haiti.
Taking Shape has partnered with the Lephare Orphanage and the community of Terre Noir to open a new primary school and activity center.
This is a new location where children in the community can receive a quality, consistent and safe education. In addition, Taking Shape will be able to offer our leadership camps and after school activities consistently for the kids in this community.
Despite the many challenges during this pandemic, many of our Haitian and U.S. leaders have been working hard to get this school open for the new school year!

Our 2021 “Dance Into the Magic” Recital will be held in May at Northwood Church. It’s not too late to register for class. Online registration is available. New students will receive a free pair of ballet shoes or $15 dance wear credit!
Our Little Ones Preschool is a Christian program and a Bible lesson will be taught daily. We allow for a maximum of 12 students in our preschool program. Tuesdays our students will attend their dance class consisting of tap and ballet. Thursdays students will attend their acrobatics (gymnastics) class.
