Tricky little case going out for wax try in today. We’re building over a very old bar on the lower. As you can see in the last photos the patient doesn’t have much ridge left so I had to bring out the teeth for proper lip support. The prescribing dentist did a phenomenal job with jaw relations and wax rims to let me know exactly where I needed to put the teeth.  Good communication and record taking is key to success.
