Team, has completed phase 1 with a Carlisle EPDM roof at Ames Research in Salem, OR.
Good looking roof. Complete with rafter replacements and dry-rot repairs.
Phase 2 with valley repairs and new Carlisle TPO over all vertical walls and new scuppers.

Santiam Canyon School District | 14 months after the bond passage, a new Santiam Junior/Senior High School is nearing completion.
The building method has cut the schedule duration in half and saved over 30% in construction costs. This video explains the reason for the decision to utilize Factory-Built Buildings as well as provides the architect, general contractor and sub-contractor’s input on the assembly and durability of these new buildings.

☑️ Roof installation is beginning on Building A
☑️ Trusses are up on Building C
☑️ Interior work in both buildings is underway!
Building C will be the home of 5 New General Education classrooms, a science lab, and a 1000sqft multipurpose room.
Building B is set to arrive on site the second week of July

Mechanically fastened system over an existing Butler Metal Roof.

We would like to send a HUGE thank you to Stutzman & Kropf. After dealing with our first contractor since August and only getting half of our roof finished, with excuse after excuse why the work wasn't getting done, they came in and finished the roof. From quote to finished project only took 9 days, and looks great. Now we don't have to worry about leaky roof this winter and many more to come.
Siding team is starting the final building of the Santiam School Bond project in Mill City. What a beautiful addition for the community.
We are beginning the dry in process before siding the new Auxillary Gymnasium!
