We’re thrilled to announce that former Grades of Green Eco-Leader, Beatrice Ongawan, was awarded a $5,500 undergraduate scholarship from the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) Orange County chapter at a virtual ceremony on Thursday night!
During the 2019 Water Campaign, Beatrice’s team partnered with our longtime supporters, Subaru Pacific to display an 8-foot-tall wave sculpture made from plastic water bottles to raise awareness of plastic pollution.
This year, Subaru Pacific is once again showing their support for Grades of Green during their Share the Love event, where they donate a portion of new car purchases to support our students! If you’re in the market for a vehicle-sized present this holiday season, head to Subaru Pacific!

August 2013 I did my first car for @SubaruPacific I was the manager of a stereo shop and they had sold a car without navigation but the customer had to have navigation so the sales manager brought me the car to do.
It was a brand new car so there weren't any dash kits or wiring harnesses available so I had to make everything from scratch.
This is now my 17th year working professionally in the automotive industry.
