* Increase strength, stamina, power and burn calories with these "old school" style workouts.
Cardio Boxing
* A combination of boot camp and boxing! Learn basic boxing skills, burn crazy calories, build stamina and take out some frustration! Oh, and don't worry, there is NO CONTACT in cardio boxing, and we supply all the necessary equipment.
