Across Louisiana, we’ve restored service to nearly 70% of customers affected by #HurricaneLaura2020, and make more progress every day. Our recovery workforce on the ground is 1,000+ members strong and working around the clock.
Due to dangerous air quality levels in our Northern California and Pacific Northwest service areas, our upcoming customer appointments may be impacted. We’re continuing to assess the situation and prioritize the safety of our employees and customers.

Across Louisiana, approximately 50% of our customers are temporarily offline due to #HurricaneDelta2020, with higher numbers in some of our communities hit hardest by #HurricaneLaura2020.
