We all have our traditions, but this year has certainly been very untraditional, so lets have some fun with it. What non traditional thing could you do this year instead for the holiday season?
We're all in a time where we either see a need, know of a need or are in need. Remember God can provide all your needs and he can use you to help provide a need for someone else. Is there a need you can help with or is there a need you have?
Do you believe in miracles? If so, have you ever experienced one? Share and let us know!
ADVENT: Day 2: Messenger: In the Bible God sometimes used angels as his messengers, other times he used people. Has God ever asked you to be his messenger? To share with someone else the wonderful message he has for them? Take some time today to pray for the next person God wants you to give a message too.
Okay Thanksgiving is now past, so the big question do you already have your tree up or do you wait until after Thanksgiving? Go!
Advent Season has begun! Join us each day as we follow along the Journey of Jesus (from www.creativebiblestudy.com). Day 1: A Sign
The virgin birth was such a powerful, personal sign of Christ coming into our world. Have you ever encountered a personal sign from God just to you? Share with us your experience.

It's Friday (the end of the work week), when you consider Retirement or if you are Retired, what do you do with all that free time?
Advent: Day 8: A Word: In the book of John we learn that God sent his son Jesus (as the Word) to give us a special message. A message of redemption, saving and grace. Has God given you a special word or message? Have you shared it? Take a chance as Christ did and share that word today!
Advent: Day 7: Lights: Lights are a huge part of Christmas and Jesus is the ultimate light for our souls. Is he shining in your life right now?
In this season of busyness, we are praying for you and that you will have moments to be refreshed and refresh others.

Advent: Day 19: Cross - "Obedient to death", what a hard concept for many of us to do, but yet Christ did it out of love for us. How can you be obedient out of love to God? It can take various forms from inviting someone to church to simply praying for the person you pass in the grocery store. Take a moment to listen to God's voice to see what he asks of you.
It's that time of year again. Women Are . . . is on the calendar and we'd love to see all the ladies join us. So Mark your calendars and look for details to come!

Advent: Day 26: Church: For many the church is so many things to so many, its a place of refuge, of family, of healing, of learning, the list can go on and on. But in the beginning it was and still is the home of God. Yes, we people who are perfect fill it, but we have one thing in common, we all are seekers of God. Tonight many people aren't able to attend church in the physical sense, but in our hearts and souls we are still part of the church because we still all seek after God.
Christmas Eve Pics! We are looking for all our Online Summites Christmas Eve pics. Please share yours below.
Advent: Day 25: Bread - Bread is one of those wonderful foods that can fill you up all by itself. Christ is often compared to being the bread of life, probably because He fills us up just as bread does. Have you allowed Christ to fill you up? Why don't you take some time today to pray and enjoy the filling of your soul with Christ.
Advent: Day 24: Water - "Rivers of Living Water" Water is so vital in our lives. Our bodies and the earth are filled up with a majority of water, so it seems only natural to relate our need of Christ to our need of water. So with this in mind, the next time you drink water think about your need of Christ as well, how your soul and life need him as much as your body needs water.
As the year comes to a close, we just want to say that we thank God for you! Each and everyone of you is a blessing. We treasure the moments in service, in ministry, in serving alongside you and the difference we make together throughout our community.

Advent: Day 27: The Son - Christmas has changed and grown over the years, but its meaning and foundation have not. It's still about peace, love, goodwill towards others, giving, and joy. But at its heart its about Christ and who he is. Today is Christ's Birthday, a day of celebration for all the lost, the hurting, the lonely, and those seeking. Sing a Happy Birthday hymn to Christ, our Lord and Savior on this day of his birth. Merry CHRISTmas to everyone!
Here are some New Year's giggles for you to enjoy. Do you have any biblical persona's possible resolutions?
Summit Church wishes you all a Happy New Year!
