The Federal Housing Finance Agency has announced higher conforming loan limits for next year. Combine these new limits with rates that remain near record lows and things are definitely looking up!
2021 Fannie/Freddie Loan Limits Increased:
- Conventional Lona limits nationwide will adjust to $548,250 (up from $510,400)
- High Balance area, like Alameda and San Francisco Counties, will adjust to $822,375 (up from $765,600)
