Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Sumner Regional Medical Center’s top priority as a healthcare provider and community leader has been to protect the health and safety of our patients, employees and community.
During the pandemic, we have been incredibly grateful to receive numerous donations of face masks and other personal protective equipment (PPE) from generous community partners and neighbors.
We are pleased to be able to give back to our community by donating special Sumner Regional Medical Center cloth face masks to Vol State Community College. This organization has been a valued partner for us in a number of ways through the pandemic/through the years, including our wonderful relationship with their Allied Health Department.
It is our hope that this donation will help Vol State's students/employees stay safe and protect themselves and others on the job and when out and about in our community.

Tennessee, we're headed in the wrong direction. Please help your healthcare providers slow the spread of Covid-19. Wear a Mask, Wash your Hands, Watch your Distance.
Wear a mask whenever you're in public, they prevent droplets from spreading to others if you're an unknown carrier of the virus. Don't pull down your mask to talk, don't wear your mask on your chin, don't leave your nose exposed.
Wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds. Soap and warm water will kill the virus!
Watch your distance: Avoid large crowds and gatherings, and when you must be around others - stay at least 6 feet apart. Wave when greeting others instead of shaking hands.

SRMC is fully accredited by The Joint Commission and is governed by a local board of trustees. The hospital is also one of the largest non-government employers in Sumner County.
Today, SRMC operates as a 167-bed healthcare facility and provides quality care in numerous areas, including cancer treatment, cardiac care, same-day surgery, orthopaedics, diagnostics, women's health and rehabilitation services.
