Dr. Kennedy graduated Cum Laude from San Diego State University in 1982. He received his dental degree in 1986 from the University of California, Los Angeles. While a student at UCLA, he helped teach implant and reconstructive dentistry to dentists. Dr. Kennedy continues to pursue advanced training in physiologic and technical aspects of patient care by completing numerous continuing education courses each year. This education includes seven years in the Tanaka Study Group at UCSD School of Medicine, where he was immersed in the concepts of full mouth reconstruction and TMJ (Tempro-mandibular joint) considered restorations. He is currently a faculty club member at the Spear Center for Dental Education. Dr. Kennedy has also completed advanced education in surgical and restorative oral implantology and is certified in CEREC, single visit ceramic crowns.
