Ten years ago today we checked out Sun Cuisines for the first time.
Back then their Niagara Street location was part Grocery Store, part small cafe in the back. Even back then, we loved the friendly ownership and felt like we had found a hidden gem. In the ten years since, we've seen restaurant renovations, the first dedicated black rice menu in the US and multiple locations.

One year ago we hosted a fun Sushi Class with Chef Kevin of Sun Cuisine and Healthy Options not realizing it would be our last before the lock down. Love seeing those smiles on everyone’s faces as they made their avocado rolls and enjoyed Kevin’s Tuna Poke/Chirashi Bowl. We look forward to cooking again safely here for private parties, corporate team building and cooking classes once our staff has the opportunity to be vaccinated.

One year ago we hosted a fun Sushi Class with Chef Kevin of Sun Cuisine and Healthy Options not realizing it would be our last before the lock down. Love seeing those smiles on everyone’s faces as they made their avocado rolls and enjoyed Kevin’s Tuna Poke/Chirashi Bowl. We look forward to cooking again safely here for private parties, corporate team building and cooking classes once our staff has the opportunity to be vaccinated.
