I saw a stranded motorcyclist and stopped to help him. He stated he had called a wrecker and was waiting on them to arrive. He said he had just called them and was given an ETA. The driver showed up earlier than the ETA and began to evaluate the situation. He spoke with the rider and listened to what had happened. Instead of just pulling up and loading the bike, the wrecker driver, Chris Castleman, worked with the rider to get his bike started. Chris was extremely friendly, and professional, he put the rider first. Chris' customer service skills were excellent. In the future, I will call Sunrise if I ever need roadside assistance.
