Maintenance Job Description:
• Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks.
• Perform general cleaning.
• Able to display problem-solving skills, as well as be able to troubleshoot in various situations
• Must be able to display satisfactory performance in a timely manner, sometimes while under pressure
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a daily basis
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Head of Maintenance
Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in facility maintenance preferable, but not required
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Highly motivated
• Experience in MIG welding preferred
