We have a new system for taking temperatures in the office. Instead of an employee meeting you at the door we have a kiosk that you stand in front of and it will automatically take your temperature and give you a green all clear message or a red - stop, temperature is to high message.
Our phone issues have been resolved. Thank you for being patient with us :)
We're having phone issues this morning. We have gotten our phones rolled to a cell phone so please bear with us if you're trying to get through. Thank you for your patience!
Our phones will be undergoing some maintenance over the next two nights (June 30th and July 1st). There should NOT be any interruption with our after hours calls. There may be some interruption with our fax line, however. The sender will get a failed notice and can then either resend the fax or they may come through when the service is restored.
We will update here should any issues arise with this maintenance.
Thank you!

" Thank you to all who voted for me. It is an honor, not only for me but for our entire office. This award reflects on the quality of our team from my physician partners, to our office leadership and administrative employees to our nursing staff, with special recognition and appreciation to Kristi Terrell. Again, Thank you! Randy Buckner."
Congratulations Dr Buckner!
Our phone lines are down. We do not know when they will be back up. You can call 256-616-8015 if you need to reach us.
We will be closed today from
11 AM- 1 PM. Our phones will be forwarded to a staff member for emergency calls during this time.
**UPDATED**
Our phones are back up and running! Please use our main line (256-355-6414) to reach our office. Thank you!
Nothing says “Happy Monday,” quite like a phone outage! We do not know when the phone lines will be back up. Please call 256-616-8015 to reach our office. We will update you as soon as the phones are back up and running.
We hope everyone had a happy new year and that your week is off to a great start so far!
Due to inclement weather we will be closing at noon today. As of right now we plan to be open tomorrow but if that changes we'll update here and will call patients who are scheduled for appointments. If you have an emergency call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For appointments and medication refills please contact the office once we have opened again. If you have post op questions/complications/concerns call our main number and leave a message and our on call physician will call you back. Thank you and everyone please stay safe.
We are working our way into the office. The phones are still off but we'll have them open soon. Be safe.
Due to the weather and road conditions we are going to be closed. Please stay home, stay inside and stay safe. Our on call physician is available should you need us for an emergency. We plan to be open tomorrow as conditions allow.
Happy Monday!
You may have received an email or text from us this morning regarding mobile check-in. This is simply an informational email letting our patients know that we will be implementing a mobile registration and check-in process soon! Receiving the email or this message does not mean you have an appointment today!
With our new process, you’ll be able to complete your “paperwork,” on your phone or computer prior to your appointment-before you even come in to the office! This new registration process will be helpful for many reasons, but especially for those who may need assistance from a family member or friend filling our their information.
We plan to go live with this new process later this week so you’ll probably be getting a few more emails or texts this week as we get things going.
This new registration process is very user friendly and easy to complete. As always, if you have any questions, give our office a call. Thanks!
Exciting news! Today, Dr. Buckner used one of the brand new robots at Decatur Morgan Hospital. This is one of TWO new robots that our hospital has gotten to better serve the community. Be sure to catch Dr. Figh tonight at 6 on WAAY 31 news while he gives an update on the new robots!
