Susan J. Seman, DO, FACOS is a board-certified surgeon who shares a passion for her skin care and medspa services with her patients in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan. Dr. Seman specializes in general and trauma surgery, using both laparoscopic and robotic surgical techniques. She is also skilled in wound care and certified as a wound specialist physical by the American Board of Wound Management and is affiliated with several hospitals throughout Detroit, including Sinai Grace Hospital, St. John Providence Hospital, Providence Park Hospital and Huron Valley Hospital for all wound care and surgical procedures.

Receiving her medical degree at Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri, Dr. Seman went on to complete fellowship training in surgical critical care from Henry Ford Hospital at Wayne State University in Detroit. She is a fellow of both the American College of Surgeons and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons and has co-authored several published articles about specific surgical techniques.
