Sweaney painting was established in Bakersfield, Ca. in 1992. Since that time Sweaney has been very active in the Kern County workplace, establishing itself as one of Central California’s premier painting contractors.

We expanded into the commercial metal studs & drywall market in 1998, then the commercial lath & plaster market in 2002. We started working with EIFS systems in 2008 & became a certified EIFS installer by the AWCI (association of walls & ceilings industry) in 2010. We are listed as a recommended installer by Dryvit international & a premiere member of Parex USA’s medallion club of installers.

CONSTRUCTION WORKERS ARE 'ESSENTIAL' Shortly after issuance of Executive Order N-33-20, Governor Newsom clarified who constitutes an “Essential Critical Infrastructure Worker.” Included in the list are “Construction Workers who support the construction, operation, inspection, and maintenance of construction sites and construction projects (including housing construction).” Also included are “Professional services, such as legal or accounting services, when necessary to assist in compliance with legally mandated activities and critical sector services.” In short, Scanlon Law is open and ready to assist!
