Too many parents wait for the school to teach their children the law regarding teen sex and sexting. Have "the talk" with your children before they need a good lawyer. Too many of my clients are facing problems in middle school, high school or as freshmen in college. They then find themselves in court because they never discussed the issues of teen sex, sexting or chatting online with others when they had "the talk" at home with parents. It goes beyond what's illegal. There should be a talk about the proper way to deal with these issues in life. Good rule is "If she's too young to consent then don't do it." No pictures under 18 and no sex under 16. Share if you know someone this post will help.
