Sweetpea Children's Dentistry updated their business hours.
Fruit Pizza: a snack loved by parents and kids alike! This healthy alternative to dessert is a fun project for the whole family. It is extremely versatile, so you can get creative with what you have around the house. Don't have pizza dough? Use graham crackers, slices of watermelon, or pita as a base!
All of the extra time inside can be exhausting. If you're running out of ideas for in-home activities, try this healthy, quick, and easy recipe with your kids. (Parents, we think you'll love it too!)
3 INGREDIENT ICE CREAM:
Blend together 1 banana (peeled, chopped, and frozen overnight), 2 Tbl of cocoa powder, and a splash of milk! The less liquid, the better. Keep in mind you may need to blend for a bit or take breaks to mix with a spoon. Blend until smooth!
+ Feel free to add a bit of maple syrup to sweeten your ice cream and top as you desire!
Send to someone you are missing due to social distancing!

As you may have heard, Governor Polis issued a change in the COVID-19 status for 15 counties due to an increase in cases of the virus. We want to let you know that this change in status level will affect many businesses. However, medical, dental and veterinary will not be included in the new restrictions. As a result, we want to assure you that we will continue to see patients with our highest standards and safety precautions in place.
From the beginning when the virus came into all of our lives 9 months ago, we have taken the situation very seriously and have had extensive health and safety protocols in place. We want to assure you that we will continue those existing protocols and implement any new guidelines issued by the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment.
Although we are all faced with challenges and hard decisions during this unprecedented time, we want to emphasize the importance of maintaining your regular 6-month checkups. Routine dental cleanings and exams are essential for detection of decay, gum disease and maintaining overall dental health. We are committed to providing you with a safe environment while you are at your appointment.
Please know that your physical health and safety are our utmost priority as you continue to trust us with the dental needs of your children and we look forward to seeing you at your next appointment.
Sincerely,
Dr. Beth and Dr. Ashley
