1997 Home Finders Realty has been helping people buy and sell homes in Lemon Grove,

am devoted to optimizing the exposure of your home online, starting with breathtaking photos of
your home for potential buyers to find on all real estate website platforms. Another unique
quality I offer my clients, is the ability to cancel your listing at given time. Unlike other agents, I
don’t require my clients to sign a listing agreement, therefore if you are unsatisfied you may opt
out at any time.
Being an independent broker of my own business allows me to offer my clients full agent
services at a true 1% listing fee because part of my commission isn’t being taken away by a
franchise. With the standard agent commission being 5% split between the buyer and seller
agent, I save my clients a great deal of money with a flat 1% listing rate (compared to 2.5%). I
am genuinely devoted to helping my clients through every step of the real estate process.
