As lots of businesses with Covid we had to change a few things and adapt to the "new situation"... it's still a challenge but we hope to survive! 🙂
These last months lots of people contacted me to get some mixes and waffles so we made it possible... We created a new website www.sylviaswaffles.com which was launched today (if the link doesn’t work type the web address.... I guess we still need some adjustments 😀)so now you can order online (mixes and waffles wrapped individually). We ship everywhere in the U.S.
Knowing that our waffles stay fresh for several days, we can ship them with the "flat rate boxes" it will save you lots of money (and the waffles will still be very good 😉).

Important News – The Williams Park Summer Market will continue to be open through (at least) October 31.
We are working on a proposal to the City to begin our regular season - which would normally begin in early October. As the customer turnout at our regular Market is high, we are crafting strong practices to safely reopen at Al Lang with in-person shopping.
Now you have 3 ways to enjoy our waffles:
1. At our cafe located 2152 Drew Street Clearwater. You'll have sweet and savory waffles, omelets, salads, wraps. The special this month is our "Pumpkin Pie Spice Waffles" (gluten free and vegan available). We are open Wednesday to Sunday 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
2. At the Saturday Morning Market at Williams Park (350 2nd Av. N. St Pete). Every Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm). You will have our sweet waffles only.
3. You can also buy our mixes and wrapped waffles online at www.sylviaswaffles.com.

Time is flying and it's already November! What's up in November? We still bake the Pumpkin Spice Waffles at our cafe located 2152 Drew Street, Clearwater. We will bake them till the end of the month.
The Williams Park Summer Market is still at Williams Park this November 7th... we are waiting to know more about the Saturday Morning Market at Al Lang Stadium... we could be back there on November 14th. I will keep u posted.

Is it possible to find someone who really wants to work?
We are looking for 2 helpers. We are a small business so we all work as a team and we are all multi-tasks. You need to be able to do some prep, dishes, taking orders, use the POS system (Clover) and help with the cleaning.
You need to be energetic, fast learner, FRIENDLY, CLEAN, DRUG/SMOKE FREE and RELIABLE. Previous experience in restaurant is preferred.
One helper will work Thursday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Friday (8:30 am-2:00 pm), Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (with some flexibility, it could be a little bit longer if we are very busy) and the second person will work more as prep and dishes and will work only Saturdays and Sunday (9:00 am to 2:00 pm).
