Given all that is happening in the world recently with the pandemic and other crisis events, you might be feeling more stressed than usual. While this is a natural response, it's important that you take the steps to reducing it. Stress shouldn't be ignored and doing so can lead to a whole host of medical problems.

Quick and delicious dinner recipe!
Tilapia:
-1 Tilapia
-All seasoned salt/Mrs. Dash seasoning
-White pepper
-Canola Oil
Mix seasonings on Tilapia and marinate into the fish. Next, on low heat, pre-heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of Canola Oil. When oil is heated, place fish onto pan and let grill at a low heat for 10 mins.
Vegetables:
-Vegetable mix (can be pre-bought or cut up fresh)
-All seasoned salt/ Mrs.Dash Seasoning
-White pepper
Mix veggies, all seasoned salt, and pepper and cook on low in a pan for 12 minutes. Do not add water! Cooking at a low heat will allow the veggies to steam with its own water.
Plate and Enjoy!
