About

Discover a homey haven of senior living at Symphony at Olmsted Falls. Specializing in assisted living and memory care, our welcoming and supportive environment is unlike the traditional nursing home.

Throughout our quaint neighborhoods, caring associates are eager to make every moment count. In fact, as a place devoted to Alzheimer’s care and dementia care, we’ve created a program called In The Moment, designed to provide a place where residents have the opportunity to live a fulfilling and dignified life! Our holistic program focuses on the total well-being of residents, not simply on the disease, and features the Six Elements of Engagement which address: physical engagement, spiritual engagement, artistic expression, community connections, continuing education and lifestyle and leisure.

We customize and cater our care to each resident, learning about them and making sure to gear activities around the things they enjoy. We care about families, too, and offer support groups for caregivers, as well as monthly lunch and learn seminars that keep us involved in the community.

Our building is designed in a U-shape around a welcoming courtyard. Residents can spend as much time as they like by themselves within 44 cozy, well-appointed studios, or join in social time during the many group activities we offer, especially the iN2L It’s Never 2 Late Technology interactive program that connects seniors to the outside world through helpful activities.

Other convenient services include physical therapy, physicians, beauticians, rehab services, therapy dogs, cooking demonstrations and hospice care.

Many of our residents have gone through our Adult Day Club, which runs seven days a week, or respite care before choosing to call Symphony home.

Call today to take a stroll through our facilities, which are tucked back on a secluded tree-lined street in Olmsted Falls.
