POSITION SUMMARY
The eBay Lister will assist in the day to day operations of the Synergy Appliances eBay store. The Lister is responsible for the creation of home appliance parts listings and conducting research of parts to ensure factual information is presented in our listings. The Lister also takes and edits photos of appliance parts while also occasionally assisting in improving older listings to maximize sales and ratings.
TASKS
Creates eBay listings.
Photographs parts.
Utilizes available photography equipment including LED Light Boxes.
Conducts research of home appliance parts.
Translates available information of parts to a consumer-friendly format.
Applies a working knowledge of exceptional writing skills.
Performs team related tasks.
Retrieves information from sources such as, APP, other trusted sources for home appliance parts.
Analyzes current competition to determine prices for parts.
Determines value of part prior to listing to maximize profit.
Maintains clean and safe work environment.
Performs other duties consistent with purpose of job as defined.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED/PREFERRED
Strong knowledge of e-commerce preferably with eBay in addition to Amazon, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, and/or web-based store experience.
A great attention to detail.
Exceptional technological skills, ability to learn and master new software programs.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Associate is often the first employee a customer meets when walking into our store, and will essentially be the first impression they have of Synergy Appliances. The Associate will assist customers throughout the buying process, ensuring both profitability for the company and satisfaction for the customer. The Associate will maintain up to date general knowledge on appliance inventory, and current warranty services. The Sales Associate will be working in both fast and slow paced environments, maintaining a high level of productivity within an adapting environment.
TASKS
● Meet or exceed associate performance standards

POSITION SUMMARY
The Inventory/Shipping Clerk will assist in the day to day inventory management and shipping related activities within the appliance parts department of Synergy Appliances. The Clerk will be responsible to help with the organization of current and incoming inventory, ensuring all parts are correctly stored. The Clerk will also assist with shipping parts to customers, efficiently locating parts to prepare for shipment.
TASKS
1. Store parts into SKU boxes according to specific appliance type.
2. Maintain organized inventory of parts.
3. Create new SKU boxes as needed.
4. Maintain current and accurate knowledge of inventory.
5. Catalog each part SKU into eBay listings.
6. Use inventory management software to check parts awaiting shipment and pull parts out to prepare for shipment.
7. Utilize available supplies and information to correctly package parts.
8. Determine most cost effective and efficient method of shipping.
9. Print/Attach shipping labels to the correct boxes.
10. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
11. Perform team related tasks.
12. Perform other duties consistent with purpose of job as defined.
