Recently a strong leader I follow did a training on how she has been able to create explosive growth for her team!
The key to growth she explained was to meet each of her team members as individuals where they are currently and then move each of them forward based on the zone they personally are operating in.
Often times we get caught up in the actions and not on the emotions that fuel the actions!
It got me thinking about how we do this with our patients which is why we have such a track record of successful recoveries! We meet each patient where they are and put a custom individual plan of care together to focus on returning them to pain free living!

Just a friendly reminder, whether you’re working from home or commuting to work this morning, maybe it’s time to SWITCH UP your desk space! Take a look: do you have all the proper components to optimize your posture?
If you don’t have a fancy chair like this guy, try putting a pillow behind your back for lumbar support. Try putting your laptop on a higher surface and standing for a change in scenery. Use some old textbooks to bring your computer up to your face level to avoid crouching.

Did you know...
Whiplash doesn’t just effect your neck...the sudden jerk forward and back can effect the muscles, ligaments and tendons in your back.
Tenderness and pain are common in the thoracic and lumbar spine during the healing process and make all the simple daily activities tough.
Herniated discs are very common due to the force of the impact causing a disc in the spine to slip out of place, crack or rupture. The significant pain is due to nerve compression.
Fractures from the force happen when stress or pressure on the spine cause cracks or fissures in the bone...compression fractures are the most common.
Spinal cord injuries are one of the most dangerous type of injuries you could sustain in a wreck...bruising, lacerations or damage from pressure can result in permanent nerve damage and needs to be treated right away. Do not move at the scene of the wreck until medical professionals arrive if you believe your spinal cord has been injured in the crash.
