Go through the steps to search your name and/or a Company name. You don't have to enter any other information. If you see your name & recognize the address listed for you, click on the 'claim' button for each line, click the red button at the bottom, answer a few questions, including your email address.
You will then receive an email with a short form that will ask you to provide proof you are who you say you are.
Again, If you own a company, be sure to search it, as well as searching other states you've once lived!

I am sending you guys a copy of our audit. It went very well and we received no nonconformances and 1 OFI. We didn’t even do a Stage 1 audit; we went straight to a Stage 2. This is mainly due to the strong work of Charles in working together with us to develop the QMS, and Sharon and Ronnie doing the Internal audit.
