We are in the process of trying to set up a shop on Facebook for some of our t-shirt designs. We have run into one issue which we cannot seem to figure out. We were hoping someone out there has items for sale who might answer one question for us.
We have posted a few shirts so far that had multiple options, with no problem (several shirt colors to pick from and several sizes to pick from). The problem that we have found is that when we try to post a t-shirt with only one color of shirt and several sizes to pick from. When we do that we get a warning that says: "Please add more than one type for each option". Has anyone experienced this and/or how were you able to make it work.
I have searched Google, and Youtube, and the only clue I found was someone who was trying to post something with no options getting the same warning and some one answered that they needed to unclick, or uncheck, the variants button. I saw no variants button anywhere.
Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!
