As daily routines change to help slow the spread of COVID-19, my agency is available via phone and email. You can also manage your policy via the Allstate app.
As you might have heard on the news, there are currently delays in mail delivery due to the pandemic situation. For example, some states are only 25% on time mail delivery.
We wanted to let you know about the bill payment options available to you to avoid potential lapses in coverage. To ensure that your policy continues to protect you, payments must be received and posted by 12:00 AM EST on the due date listed on your policy bill/payment notice.
We offer the following recurring payment plans that help ensure your policy is paid on time. Just call our agency if you’d like to enroll.
• Recurring Credit Card Payment Plan: Charge your payments to your credit card automatically each month or choose to have the entire policy premium charged automatically at each renewal.
• Easy Pay Plan: Make automatic payments from your checking or savings account on a selected date for the minimum amount due each month or the entire premium due at renewal. Ask us about potential discounts available with this option!
If you prefer, you can also submit your payment through the Allstate® mobile app or online through My Account. Or simply call our agency anytime to make a payment over the phone by check, debit or credit card.
