Tandem Northwest is currently hiring Direct Support Professionals! Full-time and on-call positions available. As our front line of support, our Direct Support Professionals provide individualized support for each person we serve. No experience necessary, we'll train you!
Each staff member receives around 80 hours of classroom-style and on-the-floor training, as well as certifications in CPR/First Aid, OIS, and Medication Administration.

One of our fabulous clients loves going on walks to the park! Walking gives her independence while learning how to watch out for cars and others on the road.
She especially enjoys coming to the park lately because much of her regular activities are put on hold due to COVID.
Each of our group homes has a dedicated house manager and staff trained to the Oregon Administrative Rule standards. We are committed to helping every client achieve meaningful lives in a setting that puts their needs and personhood first.
One of our residential homes started the movement #TNWRocks in efforts to connect with the outside world! They've been hard at work painting rocks and hiding them throughout the community. 🖌️
Our staff is present 24 hours a day to provide the specific support needed by our clients. This includes administering medication, cooking, driving to appointments, money management, positive behavior support, and more. #TogetherInTandem
