Celebrating holidays via Zoom with Gingerbread House competition with my "family." My friend, Lilla, and I took the house to a new level. Last year at this time she was preparing to go to Master Olympics in Innsbruck, Austria in downhill skiing at 79 yrs old. So we wanted to remember when life was more normal AND win the competition! It was a great fun for all ages. Hope you all enjoy!

We recently receive a phone call from a family looking for exercise for their 92-year-old mother. Her last 10 months had been plagued with multiple hospitalizations, she is now using a walker, having difficulty moving, and is falling regularly. The family realized that the "piece of paper with exercises on it" given to their mom following rehab, was not the answer. With ongoing strength training we can get her moving better and stop the falling. The ultimate goal is to get her traveling again with her daughter!
