According to the Oxford Dictionary, #foreclosure is “the action of taking possession of a mortgaged property when the mortgagor fails to keep up their mortgage payments.”
If a person paying mortgage can’t pay off the debt or sell the property, then the property is turned in to a foreclosure auction. If the property still doesn’t sell, the lending institution takes control of it.

✔️ Update your lamp shade covers by using some fabric that you like (or ribbon), a glue gun, and some fabric scissors.
✔️ Take any outdated, brassy chandelier and spray paint it with some metallic or matte all-surface paint. You can do this with a lampstand as well.
✔️ Create your own lamp using a coffee tin for the shade and a mason jar as the stand. Don’t be afraid to think outside of the box since that will save you lots of money in the end while still upping your decor-game.
